I have been a customer for a few years and recently decided to add together 2nd line for my dwelling house business organisation. The 2nd line occasionally has sound issues such as the person on the other line cannot hear me or they say I sound robotic similar my vocalization is broken up. Almost of the time they say the sound is broken upward very badly and they can only hear every few words I say. This happens at least once a day and has become quite annoying. The value is proficient merely thinking information technology's not worth it if the quality of service or product continues to crusade this trouble.

I have family and too friends in several states, and it is such a privilege to be able to talk to them at whatsoever fourth dimension and not have to worry what it will cost. After switching to a new internet service my Vonage phone didn't piece of work despite efforts by your employee and the cable company employee. After your agent agreed to send a replacement a very 'techie" discovered that there was a firewall on the modem. And so, my onetime Vonage works!!! Exercise you desire me to render the replacement that was mailed to me? It was a lot of comfort to know that I had received the new one in such a timely manner... Cheers.

Since adding the second line our line quality has diminished considerably. Too, I have had to reset our system because of poor internet connectivity.

I take had Vonage for about 7 yrs. Never had a problem paying my neb, but in the past five months, my expiration appointment on my credit has been incorrect in your organization. Yous have Jan instead of Feb. I take constantly called and changed with you and each month nosotros take the same problems. I accept called the bank with Vonage online. Everything was modify just each calendar month it is a trouble. I don't understand if yous fix it in the arrangement, why practise I yet have issues each month?

Vonage offers a nifty service at a off-white toll. I can telephone call all over the world with no worries. I also similar the Vonage cell telephone extension. I used it while traveling in Singapore whenever I had WiFi to call back to the US and it worked swell and price me $0. I love that I can take my Vonage box with me wherever I go. We may be moving to Asia and I plan to take Vonage with me and so I don't lose touch with people in the US.

I take been very happy with Vonage since I started with you in 2012. I had a trouble last month (my starting time) and your tech guided me through the trouble. No waiting, no frustration. VM works great. No problem with long distance calls. I am recommending my Dad to get this service when he moves in November. Thank you.

I have had Vonage service for over ten years now and at one time I had ii lines of service. I love the service. No hidden charges, one toll for all local and long distance calls, voicemail, telephone call forwarding, etc included. I of the features I like is I take a security organisation and nosotros have no issues when they take over the line. With our old state line service they had problems. I have referred several people to Vonage over the years and they have all loved it as well.

Vonage Business concern is the worst company in the earth. I have been dealing with Vonage from by two years in my previous organisation. Now nosotros set a separate unit and Tried Vonage again. This was the worst decision of my life. In this business I accept got more than complaint than making my clients. They have very common issue and not able to set up, while it's aforementioned location and Network provider, same router and prepare up but the different proper noun of company. They are billing me for 0.03 percent for call expect. I manus calls are not landing to extension and Agents are sitting idle. All the departments are fail to fix this result. I am shortly going to discontinue the business concern with Vonage and talk to my carte du jour visitor to wait into it. Vonage is focusing to expand the business, but fail to provide support.

I used Vonage for more than than 1.5 years. Their service was really nifty all these days. Today I asked them to disconnect their service via their helpline number. First of all this person tried to requite me so many offers, he was even ready to give me service complimentary for the upcoming month and was providing offers for side by side vi month but instead I told him to just discontinue the service as I don't need it anymore.

After disconnection I asked him about the remaining credit. Since Vonage took the money for the whole calendar month in advance and I was disconnecting their service afterward using information technology for xv days, I was expecting the credit for the remaining days. The guy on the telephone told me that he cannot provide me the credit for the remaining days and I should employ their service for the whole calendar month to get the maximum benefit of my coin. This is totally unacceptable to me as till the time I was a Vonage client they were set to give me gratis service and promotional offers and once I discontinued it they are not even set to provide me the money which I deserve.

So we were approached by a sales rep exterior an Indian grocery store who helped us become the Vonage service for ~$xx/month. He mentioned that if they jack up the prices, to simply call customer service and that they will drop it dorsum down. So we did just that, even so, now nosotros are told that we have to pay the full price for the remainder of the year. So we said we would similar to cancel this service, they all of a sudden are charging us a termination fee. When we said we had no idea of this termination fee, they are saying that they sent us an e-mail letting u.s. know. However, we have no tape of this electronic mail. I believe the sales rep has the email and he never forwarded the email to us. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. Practice Not BE FOOLED Past THESE REPS. They say all the sweet things and rush you to beginning your service.

When I first started using Vonage, they were brand new, and they were difficult to bargain with. If you lot wanted to leave, you lot had to box up your hardware and ship information technology dorsum to them or they would charge you a huge fee. You could only talk to a rude service rep at a call eye overseas. And they would not let you port your number to a dissimilar carrier. I was unhappy with them for the many years that I had their service because I thought this was the country of diplomacy the whole time - it felt like they were property me earnest. I only cancelled my service, and the woman who helped me was patient and helpful. I did not have to send back any hardware, and she said that they do port numbers now. I just wanted to report on the improvement.

I moved my business service to Vonage after they said they would save us money. Information technology has been a nightmare ever since. Yep they saved me money but the headache was not worth it. I have spent at least a hour and half on concur fourth dimension with customer service ever since I switched over multiple calls and still cannot get my service right. They overbilled me and promised me a refund in a 5 to vii business organisation days and it'southward been 15 now and still haven't seen a cheque withal and tin can't get a straight reply from anyone one time I finally get to talk to someone after staying on hold for a average of xv mins a call. I also had a time getting my service started and working correctly. Information technology took them 2 weeks to get it all working and it does work but it should not take ii weeks on a business organisation phone to work. Do Non SWITCH. Information technology is not worth information technology.

I have Vonage service, and referred one friend. Vonage offered gift cards for referrals. When I went to check the status, the web link NEVER worked. The emails they were supposed to send NEVER came (not in whatsoever spam/junk folder either) so I contacted their live chat. The SECOND time I contacted them, Albert ** tried to tell me I didn't sign upward with the link, therefore information technology wasn't valid, and gave me a number to call. I called, and the rep on the phone told me she sees it IS valid, and I would need to look 90 days. The problem is, in their terms and conditions, the wait period is 61 days. Even in the complete terms and conditions there is Null about 90 days. It is starting to feel like they are just trying to give me the runaround.

My monthly payment was raised to double. When I noticed I called and they didn't help me. When I spoke to the supervisor, Guillermo **, he was rude, disrespectful and fifty-fifty sarcastic. I'yard going to abolish my account and tell my friends.

A few month back we signed up for DIRECTV, the package was sold to u.s.a. as TV with internet service. A couple of months after we noticed Vonage was charging our credit card! Nosotros called to empathize what had happened and were informed that we had signed up for a phone service with Vonage via DIRECTV. Advised Vonage that we did not want and since our house has no copper wires could not employ the telephone service. Informed that the 45 day cancellation catamenia had expired and the cancellation fee was higher than keeping the service. Tried over again to cancel the service via online chat and via e-mail. Same response. This is a service we did not ask for, did not agree to and cannot use. Delight Vonage but be reasonable.

To date, I have never been notified if I was compensated for referring Trudie **. Per the advertisement, we were to both have received bounty toward our bills if she joined Vonage and stayed with you for at least six months, which she has. Information technology would exist nice to receive notification.

LOVE Vonage. Even though nosotros have Optonline at dwelling house I still maintain my Vonage account because it is just so like shooting fish in a barrel and inexpensive to maintain.

I signed up for Vonage during a big online promotion that included digital telephones and a $100 visa gift carte du jour. It has been half-dozen one/2 months since I became eligible (8 1/2 months of service) and in spite of endless phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive the souvenir card. It's not necessarily the card that bugs me, but the fact that several customer service reps accept promised I would have the card "soon," with the last email, dated 6/17, promising commitment within two weeks. Not a happy camper!!
